The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs (ABGLP) have a vision to build versatile next generation leaders through structured career pathways that will challenge participants and catapult them from one stage of their career through to the next. The culmination of these experiences will allow participants to deliver value to the businesses of the Aditya Birla Group, customers, shareholders, and society at large.

For Post Graduates

Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP)

HRLP is a functional management program for HR professionals with 0 to 36 months of full-time pre-MBA experience. During their first year, participants undergo 3 HR stints across various portfolios, each stint is 4 months in duration.

Finance Leadership Program (FLP)

FLP is a functional management program for first attempt CA Rank Holders. During their first year, participants undergo 3 Finance stints across various portfolios, each stint is 4 months in duration.

Leadership Associate Program (LEAP)

LEAP is a general management program for candidates with 0 to 36 months of full-time pre-MBA experience. During their first year, participants undergo 3 cross-functional stints across 3 businesses, each stint is 4 months in duration.

For Graduates

Engineering Leadership Program (ELP)

ELP is a technical management program for final year engineering students pursuing full-time B.E/B. Tech degrees, that grooms them across the manufacturing sectors and functions to be future technical leaders of the Group.

Group Internship Program (GIP)

GIP is a 2-month functional internship program for first year full-time MBA students from select business schools. Subject to performance, the participant may be offered a full-time opportunity with the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs.
