The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs (ABGLP) began in 1996 with the objective of building versatile next generation leaders for the Aditya Birla Group. Over the last two decades, the leadership programs have been through a series of revitalizing transformations to meet the demands and requirements of the Group. The Group Management Trainee Program evolved into the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program in 2007, which was later diversified with the introduction of Functional Programs for Human Resources and Finance.
Through a series of stints across businesses, locations, and functions, each participant is imparted with real time, hands-on learning and development. While on stints, participants benefit from the mentorship and guidance of industry stalwarts, functional insights from trainings and the ability to work across multiple cultural paradigms.
Currently, we offer internship programs as well as full-time programs for graduates and post graduate students from select business schools and engineering colleges in India.
