The Young Talent Management Team (YTM) is responsible for every aspect of the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs. From hiring and campus engagement to careers, learning and development; the YTM team is tasked with ensuring the best possible experience for all ABGLPs.
Stuti joined the ABG as part of the HRLP cadre in 2015 and has done various roles across Rewards, JAE, and Manufacturing HR in her 9-year long career with the Group. An MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur , Stuti truly believes in the power of the ABGLP program in catapulting young talent to Leadership Positions for the Group through extensive focus on early exposures, learning interventions and empowering career journeys.

A self-motivated and performance-driven HR professional, Mary brings experience in recruitment, strategic project management, and communication design. Her creative intervention strategies significantly enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Mary holds an MA in Industrial Psychology from SNDT University.

Rashmi joined ABG in July, 2023 and manages GIP, and the learning and development, confirmation and placements for ABGLPs during their Year 1.
She has a prior experience of 4 years in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR policies and procedure, Performance management and formulating & implementing strategic HR initiatives. She has completed her MBA in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
Abhiraj comes with three years of industry experience. He joined the group in 2023 and has been with Group Human Resources - Young Talent Management to look after HR Operations & Administration for ABGLPs along with ELP Hiring. He's an MBA from XISS, Ranchi in Human Resource Management.
