Engineering Internship
Program

Engineering Internship Program (EIP) is a functional internship for third year engineering students pursuing full-time B.E/B.Tech from select engineering colleges. Subject to performance during the internship, this could be the opportunity for interns to enter the Engineering Leadership Program as full-time participants.

EIP

Students in their third-year pursuing a full-time B.E/B. Tech, from select engineering colleges are eligible to apply for the EIP program.

Hiring follows a 3-stage assessment process:

  • Online assessment tests
  • Group discussions
  • Video conferences or Personal interviews

Participants are given specific manufacturing function for an internship of 2 to 3 months across the following functions of the Group’s businesses: Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, Mining, Metallurgy, Power, Automation, and Information Technology/Computer Science.
